CrossPoint Residency Programâ„¢

At CrossPoint, we recognize the value of structured, hands-on learning, much like the rigorous training physicians undergo during their internships and residencies. Inspired by this effective model, our Residency Program is designed to offer an in-depth, comprehensive learning experience for aspiring financial planners. Over a span of three years, residents gain unparalleled insights into the multifaceted world of financial planning, covering everything from planning and operations to client relationship management.

What sets our program apart is its adaptability. Residents have the freedom to tailor their learning path, aligning it with their unique interests and strengths. This dynamic approach not only prepares them for obtaining the CFP® certification but also supports them in earning other professional credentials and advanced degrees. Upon successful completion of the program, residents have a range of career options at their disposal. They can either join the CrossPoint team permanently, subject to position availability, secure a top role in another financial planning firm, or even venture out to start their own practice. Our ultimate aim is to cultivate financial planners who will make an impact on their clients and the profession at large.
